1. What types of transportation services do you offer?
We provide reliable, professional charter services for private schools, summer camps, field trips, group events, and round-trip transportation. Whether it’s a daily route or a one-time trip, we’re here to get you where you need to go safely and smoothly.

2. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. The earlier you book, the better we can accommodate your trip.

All trips must be booked at least 3 days in advance. For trips booked within 3 days of the scheduled service date, full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable, even if the trip is canceled or changed.

3. Are your services affordable?
Yes. We offer competitive pricing based on your trip details. Quotes are personalized depending on the destination, trip duration, and service type. Reach out to get a custom quote that fits your needs.

4. What areas do you serve?
We serve the Baltimore metropolitan area, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, and parts of Harford and Prince George’s County. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to contact us.

5. Are your drivers certified and trained?
Absolutely. All of our drivers are fully licensed, background-checked, and trained in both school bus safety and customer care. We take pride in maintaining a professional and trustworthy team.

6. Can we request multiple stops or custom pick-up locations?
Yes. We’re flexible and happy to accommodate your group’s unique needs, including custom pick-up and drop-off locations. Just provide the details when booking.

7. What’s included in your charter service?
Every trip includes a professional driver, a clean and well-maintained bus, and responsive support before and during your journey. We work with you to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

8. How many passengers can your buses accommodate?
Our standard school buses can seat up to 64 children or 42 adults, depending on group size and seating arrangement.

9. What are your payment and deposit policies?
To secure your booking, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit, with a $100 minimum. A $75 refundable cleaning deposit is also required and will be returned within 3–5 business days if the bus is returned in clean condition.
If your trip is scheduled within 3 days of booking, full payment is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip. We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

10. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip are non-refundable. For trips booked within 3 days, full payment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to work with you based on availability.
